1. Complete the 4 day workshop in etudes ng.
2. Pass at least 85% of all homework assignments
3. Set up your classwiki for the workshop and upload your assignments, quizzes, notes
4. Complete end of workshop survey
5. Create a wiki - see format - and link it to http://missionetudes.pbwiki.com
6. Obtain a Certificate of Completion and forward copy to DE Committee and send copy to your Dept Chair
7. Upon completion of 1-6, fill in application for Stipend (TBA)
1. Obtain Developmental Shell for your online class.
2. Update your course outline of record if you intend on putting your class online - see http://lamission.edu/curriculum
3. Provide a current or updated course outline of record to Department Chair and DE Chair and post it on your wiki
3. Complete the upload of your class to your shell
4. Email access password to your shell to your Department Chair, Curriculum Chair and DE Chair
5. Department Chair, Curriculum Chair and DE Chair review the content of your class online shell to determine if it conforms to course outline of record.
6. Class is then certified as an online class
7. Same rules apply to a "hybrid class" - i.e. more than 50% online - same as less than 50% on campus or face to face.
8. Tell your Deparment Chair that the class is now certified, and ONLY THEN can the Department Chair schedule you to teach the class online. No online classes may be tought without having the faculty train, upload, and then get their class certified per the above steps.
9. Upon completion of 1-8 above, fill in application for Stipend (TBA)
